Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for leading international, multidisciplinary projects? As a Project Manager - Customer Care at AMF Bakery Systems, you take ownership of Repair & Modernisation projects from start to finish, working closely with customers and teams worldwide to deliver innovative solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.
What do we offer you?
Monthly salary between €4.500,00 and €5.500,00 based on a 40-hour work week (depending on your knowledge and experience), excluding allowances
Travel allowance (€0.23 per km) and an excellent pension plan (PME)
Long-term employment contract (we are not looking for freelancers/contractors)

Responsibilities of Project Management Team Lead - Customer Care
Leading projects for Repair & Modernization: from the moment the customer signs (and often already at the order proposal) through to the SAT and official delivery.
Managing and guiding a multidisciplinary – and sometimes multi-site – project team from start to completion.
Simultaneously involved in multiple international projects.
Establishing milestones and technical processes with all stakeholders and ensuring everyone stays on track throughout the order fulfillment process.
Collaborating closely with customers: managing expectations and proactively advising/supporting them during qualification and validation activities (FAT, SAT, Project Closure and evaluation).
Monitoring the project's scope, schedule, budget, and delivery dates (POC).
Actively contributing to improvement initiatives within project implementation according to the Markel Business System.
Occasionally:
Collaboration with OCCR and CCR team
International travel around the world to project sites
Vereisten
Minimum 3 years experience in project management roles
3 - 5 years of experience in the industry (food industry is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Dutch and English
Autonomy and sense of responsibility
Systematic work attitude, goal-oriented
