We zijn per direct op zoek naar een ervaren Hardware Engineer - Customer Care voor uitbreiding van het team Repair & Modernisation in Amersfoort/ Gorinchem.

What do we offer you?

• Monthly salary between €3.500,00 and €4.500,00 based on a 40-hour work week (depending on your knowledge and experience), excluding allowances

• Travel allowance (€0.23 per km) and an excellent pension plan (PME)

Responsibilities of Hardware Engineer - Customer Care

• Electrical design of industrial bakery machines

• Design solutions for end-of-life products

• Out-of-the-box solutions for customers who are at a standstill

• Redesigning designs based on current production techniques

• Visiting customers to design the best solution

• Ensuring the correct data in our e-Plan -> ERP systems

• Optimizing processes and software (IT) for our legacy data

• You work closely with other experts to develop the right technological solutions for our customers.

• You participate in multidisciplinary projects

• Ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance of the drawing package

• Graduated in controls engineering or 3 yrs experience

• 1- 3 years of experience in the industry (food industry is a plus)

• Demonstrable affinity with hardware engineering 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Dutch and English

• Autonomy and sense of responsibility

• Systematic work attitude, goal-oriented
